Tile grout for interiors with joints between 2 and 10mm.
Grouting ceramic joints in wet areas such as showers, SPAs, shower rooms and laundries.
Remove excess cement from the joints before bonding.
Wait at least 24 to 48 hours before starting grouting.
Ensure that the joints are clean and dry so that they will not stain the color.
When the ceramic are porous or polished we advise to protect them with a protection to avoid impregnation of the pigment on the ceramic surface. Perform a pre-test for verification.
Ensure uniform joint thickness. In this way, the durability of the mortar increases and the colors are more homogeneous.
Mix the 5kg package with 1.5 to 1.8 liters of clean water until a homogeneous and lump-free mixture is obtained. Ensure correct pigment dispersion and color homogeneity.
Grout the joints with hard rubber trowel diagonally and press well for full filling of the free spaces. Wait until the mortar loses its surface gloss (approximately 25 to 35 minutes) to carry out the first cleaning with a slightly damp sponge.
Perform final cleaning 24 hours after application with a dry cloth. The mortar will be ready for use.
Do not use in swimming pools.
The grouting of joints in places of high chemical demand must be made with products with higher chemical resistance.
Fractionation or expansion joints must be filled with suitable elastic product.
Application on wet substrates or in different thicknesses, as well as different drying times can cause different color shades of the grout. Resistant to environments with pH> 5.
Do not forget to remove the spacers from the joints before starting the grouting.
Only use the amount of water indicated to mix the product. Excess water can cause stains on the mortar.
Never add water to the product that has already started the hardening process. Try remixing with electric mixer without adding water.
Different application thicknesses may cause slight differences in shade in the mortar.
Do not use excess water in cleaning as it may cause pigment dispersion, carbonation or salt deposition on the surface of the mortar.
Do not use strong acids for cleaning.
